About The Position
Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is recruiting a Billing Specialist II for a 6+ month contract opportunity with long-term potential. The role is onsite in New York, NY, supporting a client in the telecommunications industry. The position focuses on billing and finance operations, routine reporting, tracking open items, and supporting process improvements related to billing, collections, and cash flow. Requirements
- Entry-level experience in billing or finance operations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed departmental key performance indicators.
- Interact professionally with operational groups across the company and with outside clients.
- Represent the company professionally and positively.
- Assist with basic financial analysis, process documentation, and improvement initiatives related to billing, collections, and cash flow.
- Prepare routine operational reports and track open items to identify process issues.
