About The Position

The Billing and Accounting Analyst analyzes and reviews routine and complex billing inquiries from ASC customers across Small, Middle, and Key & Large group segments. The role configures and maintains group customer billing systems and supports month-end financial activities. The position requires onsite work two days per week in the Jefferson building.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills; contract agency testing is preferred.
• Ability to analyze data and produce accurate reporting.
• Advanced analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience in customer-driven environments.
• Billing, accounting, or similar experience in office management.
• Strong financial acumen.
• Ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a complex environment.

Nice To Haves

• Ability to conduct variance analysis and account reconciliation.
• Experience reviewing and preparing financial information for accuracy and completeness.
• Experience collaborating between IT-driven areas and business areas.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare, or a similar field.
