About The Position

Surge Staffing is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Bilingual Staffing Specialist (English/Spanish) for a full-time, permanent internal position. This entry-level sales and customer service opportunity is suited to candidates interested in building a career in staffing and workforce solutions. The role involves serving clients and temporary employees in both English and Spanish, recruiting and onboarding candidates, developing client relationships and new business, and supporting branch operations and growth. Requirements

• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• At least 1 year of sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees in both English and Spanish.
• Recruit, screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, and recruiting platforms.
• Match candidate skills and experience with client staffing needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and temporary associates.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure employee satisfaction and successful placements.
• Assist Spanish-speaking applicants and employees throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
• Generate and develop new business opportunities through sales and networking efforts.
• Perform client service calls and outside sales visits to maintain and grow business partnerships.
• Promote Surge Staffing services and identify additional staffing solutions for customers.
• Support branch operations through administrative and data entry tasks.
• Assist with employee coaching, performance management, and retention efforts.
• Resolve employee and client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Support branch growth initiatives and contribute to overall revenue goals.
