About The Position

AT&T is hiring a Spanish- and English-speaking Retail Sales Consultant to create meaningful customer connections through personalized sales expertise. The role focuses on helping customers explore AT&T devices and services, meeting sales targets, and earning commission. The consultant also participates in community events, fills online orders, and makes outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The job is based at 1400 E Expy 83 in McAllen, Texas, and offers 40 hours per week. Work schedules fall between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m., include weekends, and are provided two weeks in advance on a monthly, seniority-based basis. Starting pay may include additional compensation for bilingual ability.
