Bilingual (Spanish) Financial Service Representative
About The Position
Heights Finance, a member of the Attain Finance family, is hiring a Bilingual (Spanish) Financial Service Representative to deliver customer service and help customers access financial solutions. The role supports new and existing customers through the loan process, promotes financial products and services, handles inbound and outbound customer calls, and helps resolve past-due accounts. The representative follows regulatory guidelines and company policies to protect customer information and company assets. The role includes hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring. It is full-time at the Conroe, Texas work location, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., with evenings and weekends based on business needs or peak seasons. The hourly pay range is $16.25–$22.75; the actual offer depends on factors including location, skills, knowledge, competencies, and experience.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to new and existing customers and guide them through the loan process.
- Use consultative sales techniques to explain financial products and services and identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- Manage inbound calls and make outbound calls to attract new business and promote company offerings.
- Work with customers on past-due accounts and help find solutions toward resolution.
- Participate in hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring.
- Follow regulatory guidelines and company policies to protect customer information and company assets.
