About The Position

Foundever is hiring an on-site Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Representative in Fort Smith, Arkansas. The role involves assisting customers and delivering professional, empathetic service. The position offers a minimum of 40 hours per week, with weekend availability as needed. Starting pay is $19 per hour, and paid training is compensated at $15 per hour. Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish, at least 18 years old, and have a high school diploma or GED. Six months to one year of relevant experience is preferred.
