About The Position

PRACTICE is hiring bilingual Spanish/English tutors to provide in-person English Language Arts support to elementary school students in Grades 3–5. This entry-level role is suitable for college students, recent graduates, and others interested in gaining education experience. No previous tutoring experience is required.

Tutors work Tuesday through Friday from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm, providing one-on-one and small-group support in reading and writing. The role offers $27–$30 per hour and an opportunity to earn a completion bonus of up to 10% of total program earnings, subject to eligibility requirements. The position is described as part-time and provides practical experience in elementary literacy instruction and support for multilingual learners.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish and English, including the ability to explain academic concepts in both languages.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Interest in working with elementary school students and supporting their academic development.
• Availability every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday from 1:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
• Dependability, professionalism, and commitment to the program schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one and small-group English Language Arts tutoring to students in Grades 3–5.
