BILINGUAL SALES & SERVICE COORDINATOR
About The Position
We are looking for a Bilingual Sales & Service Coordinator to help homebuyers get settled after purchasing their new home. You'll talk with customers who need help getting their utilities, internet, movers, home security, and other services arranged. These are not cold calls—customers are expecting to hear from us. You'll build trust, learn the details of dozens of products and providers, recommend the right options, and follow through until the job is done. You'll have the opportunity to serve both English- and Spanish-speaking homebuyers, making sure they receive the same knowledgeable, personal service regardless of which language they prefer.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Spanish communication skills
- Strong customer service and people skills
- Confidence talking with customers by phone
- Ability to learn and retain detailed information
- Organization and follow-through
- Basic computer skills
- A genuine desire to help people
