About The Position

Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate for its Oak Ridge, Tennessee store. The role serves customers by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions, while representing Mobilelink and the Cricket brand professionally. Training and tools are provided, and the position offers commission-based earning potential and opportunities for advancement into leadership. Employees may occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, and promotional activities. These activities are a condition of employment; employees will receive reasonable notice. Event duties can include engaging with customers, representing Cricket products and services, distributing marketing materials, and helping set up or break down events. The position requires fluency in English and Spanish, reliable transportation, and the ability to work at the home store and other locations within the district as needed. The job involves standing for extended periods and may require lifting up to 10 pounds and bending, squatting, or stretching for inventory and stocking.

Requirements

Fluency in at least two languages; this position requires English and Spanish.
Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Able to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to the store location.
Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within the district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Follow the Team Color policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
Able to lift up to 10 pounds and bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
Able to stand for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions through completion, and solve problems under pressure.

Nice To Haves

Retail sales background is helpful but not required.
A strong social media presence is preferred.
