About The Position

Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate to help customers find wireless solutions suited to their needs. The role offers training, commission-based earning potential, and opportunities for advancement into leadership. The position is based at the ML-Clinton Hwy store in Knoxville, Tennessee, and may require work at other locations within the district.

Employees may occasionally be required to participate in outside sales events, community engagements, and promotional activities for Cricket Wireless. These activities are considered a condition of employment; employees will receive reasonable notice. Event duties may include engaging with customers, representing products and services, distributing marketing materials, and helping set up or break down events.

Requirements

• Fluency in at least two languages; this position requires English and Spanish.
• Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
• At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the store location.
• Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple district locations as needed.
• Ability to operate a personal computer.
• Follow the Team Color policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
• Ability to follow instructions through to completion and solve problems under pressure.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking, and stand for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.

Nice To Haves

• Retail sales background is helpful but not required.
• Strong social media presence preferred.

• Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
• Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators.
• Participate in scheduled outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities, including engaging customers, representing products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.
