About The Position
Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate for a Cricket store. The role serves customers by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions, with a focus on extraordinary customer service and professional representation of Mobilelink and the Cricket brand. The position offers training, commission-based earning potential, and opportunities for advancement into leadership. The role requires fluency in English and Spanish, availability for at least 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Requirements
- Fluency in at least two languages; this position requires English and Spanish.
- Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to the store location.
- Residence within 30 minutes of the home store and flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
- Ability to operate a personal computer.
- Adherence to the Team Color policy and maintenance of a neat, professional appearance.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds; bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking; and stand for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions through completion, and solve problems under pressure.
