Bilingual Sales Advocate
About The Position
Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate to serve customers by identifying their needs and offering appropriate solutions. The company provides training and tools, a commission-based compensation plan, and a career path with opportunities for advancement into leadership. The role includes delivering customer service and supporting store operations, as well as occasionally participating in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities for Cricket Wireless. Employees will receive reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is a condition of employment. Event duties may include engaging customers, representing Cricket products and services, distributing marketing materials, and helping set up or break down events. The position is based at the Clarksburg, West Virginia store. Employees must be able to work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and may need to work at multiple locations within the district. The work can involve standing for extended periods, lifting up to 10 pounds, and bending, squatting, and stretching for inventory and stocking.
Requirements
- Fluency in at least two languages; this position requires English and Spanish.
- Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to the store location.
- Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within the district as needed.
- Ability to operate a personal computer.
- Adhere to the Team Color policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
- Ability to lift up to 10 pounds and to bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking.
- Ability to stand for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow instructions through to completion, and solve problems under pressure.

- Retail sales background is helpful but not required.
