About The Position

Mobily, an authorized AT&T retailer, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate (also described in the posting as a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant) for its store in Gilbert, Arizona. The role offers a base-plus-commission salary range of $25,000–$50,000 per year, with uncapped earning potential, training, and opportunities for advancement into leadership. A $500 new-hire bonus is offered. The position may be full-time or part-time and requires at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.

At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to the store location.
Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to company policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
