About The Position

Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate for its Rantoul, Illinois location. Sales Advocates help customers find wireless solutions tailored to their needs, deliver professional and compassionate service, and represent Mobilelink and the Cricket brand. The company provides training and tools, commission-based earning potential, and a career path with opportunities for advancement into leadership. Employees may occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities. These events are an extension of regular duties, and participation is a condition of employment. Duties may include engaging with customers, representing Cricket products and services, distributing marketing materials, and helping set up or break down events. Employees will receive reasonable notice of scheduled events. The position is listed as full-time/part-time, with a stated ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week. The salary range is $30,000–$50,000 base plus commission per year.

Requirements

Fluency in at least two languages; this position requires English and Spanish or English and French.
Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation to the work location.
Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Follow the Team Color policy and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
Ability to follow instructions through to completion and solve problems under pressure.
Ability to lift up to 10 pounds; bend, squat, and stretch for inventory and stocking; and stand for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Retail sales background is helpful but not required.
Strong social media presence preferred.
