Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant
About The Position
Mobily, one of AT&T’s large nationally authorized U.S. retailers, is hiring a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant. The role offers commission-based earning potential, training, and a career path with opportunities for advancement into leadership. Consultants provide customer service and tailored product solutions, represent Mobily and AT&T professionally, support store operations, and work toward sales goals and KPIs. Employees may also be required to participate in outside sales events, community engagements, and promotional activities with reasonable notice. These events are a condition of employment and may include customer engagement, representing AT&T products and services, distributing marketing materials, and helping set up or break down events.
Requirements
- Clear communication skills, a positive attitude, and technical aptitude.
- Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
- At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Ability to work at least 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to the assigned location.
- Live within 30 minutes of the home store and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
- Ability to operate a personal computer.
Nice To Haves
- Retail sales background is helpful but not required.
- Strong social media presence preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide extraordinary, compassionate customer service and understand customers’ needs.
- Offer tailored solutions to individuals, families, and businesses.
- Represent the company and AT&T professionally and courteously.
- Assist leaders with store operations and duties.
- Achieve sales goals and key performance indicators.
- Participate in scheduled outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities.
- Engage with customers and represent AT&T products and services at events.
- Distribute marketing materials and assist with event setup or breakdown.
- Maintain a neat and professional appearance and adhere to company policy.
