About The Position

The Bilingual Recruiter supports industrial staffing by attracting, interviewing, and placing candidates in open roles. The position works in the Bolingbrook, Illinois office Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; it is not remote or hybrid. The recruiter collaborates with the team to develop ways to attract candidates, promotes opportunities through job postings, social media, and community outreach, interviews candidates, and builds a pipeline to support order fulfillment. The recruiter also conducts drug screens, background checks, and I-9s for candidates moving into jobs.

Requirements

• High-volume recruiting experience and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage 40 or more customers daily.
• Experience using Microsoft Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate, and follow up on customer orders and requests and coordinate with the internal team.

Nice To Haves

• Recruiting and staffing experience; preferred but not required.
• Industrial recruiting or manufacturing recruiting experience.
• Bilingual Spanish and English; bilingual applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Leadership exposure or experience.

Responsibilities
