About The Position

The Bilingual Recruiter supports industrial staffing by attracting, interviewing, and placing candidates to fulfill customer orders. The role involves collaborating with the team on recruiting ideas, using creative and marketing approaches across job postings, social media, and the community, and building a pipeline of candidates. The recruiter also conducts drug screens, background checks, and I-9 processes for candidates. This is an in-office position in Bolingbrook, Illinois, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; it is not remote or hybrid.

Requirements

• High-volume recruiting experience and a sense of urgency.
• Ability to manage 40 or more customers daily.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Ability to assess, delegate, and provide follow-up on customer orders or requests and internal team needs.

Nice To Haves

• Recruiting and staffing experience is preferred but not required.
• Industrial recruiting or manufacturing recruiting experience is preferred.
• Spanish/English bilingual ability is encouraged.
• Leadership exposure or experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Meet with the team to develop ways to attract candidates.
• Use creative thinking to attract candidates.
• Apply marketing skills to job postings, social media, and community outreach.
• Interview candidates and identify suitable people for job openings.
• Build a candidate pipeline and support order fulfillment.
• Conduct drug screens, background checks, and I-9 processes.

• Manage 40 or more customers daily.
