About The Position

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for recruiting activities within a facility to help ensure partner operations are fully staffed. You will develop and execute a strategic recruitment plan, place advertisements, and organize and attend job fairs and other recruiting events in the local community. The role includes interviewing candidates and delivering effective orientations. The position is located in Flowery Branch, Georgia.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required.
• Proficiency with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and/or Human Resources Inventory System (HRIS).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
• Develop and execute a recruitment plan and deliver effective orientations.
• Source and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Manage the hiring process from offer through onboarding.
• Create an ongoing candidate pipeline.
• Manage paperless recruiting operations.
• Monitor the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
• Participate in job fairs and community events.
