Under direct supervision, the Bilingual Personal Banker provides exceptional customer service involving cash receipts and payments in a high-volume, sales-oriented environment. The role evaluates relationships with new and existing account holders to offer appropriate bank products and services, follows established bank policies and supervisory direction, and is accountable for achieving assigned monthly new-account production goals. The role also sells and prepares money orders, cashier’s checks, bank-to-bank wires, and certificates of deposit, processes Western Union wires and cash advances, and cross-sells bank products and services. Additional duties may be assigned by supervisors. Regular, punctual attendance is required, and approval limits are governed by established authority levels. The work may require standing or walking for extended periods, working in a high-volume, stressful, noisy environment, and operating a computer and other office machinery. The schedule is based on business needs and may change.
