Bilingual Onsite Supervisor
About The Position
Surge Staffing is seeking a self-motivated, eager Bilingual On-Site Supervisor who is passionate about helping people reach their goals. The role supports a major SURGE client by meeting temporary staffing and/or training needs, delivering high-quality service to the customer and temporary employees, and developing and retaining business through outstanding customer service. The position also handles administrative work, attendance monitoring, workers’ compensation claims, and vendor invoice reconciliation. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule: two days on first/day shift and three days on second/night shift. Availability for two Saturdays per month is required as needed, and a flexible work schedule is expected.
Requirements
- Speak, read, and write in English and Spanish.
- High school diploma.
- Proven leadership or success in a previous managerial role.
- At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience or 3–5 years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Administrative skills.
- Experience performing background checks, I-9 processing, and E-Verify.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet.
Responsibilities
- Meet the temporary staffing and/or training needs of a major SURGE client.
- Deliver high-quality service to the customer and temporary employees.
- Develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service.
- Perform a variety of administrative tasks.
- Monitor employee attendance.
- Process and assist with workers’ compensation claims.
- Reconcile invoices from vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
