Bilingual Onsite Supervisor
About The Position
Surge Staffing is seeking a self-motivated, enthusiastic Bilingual On-Site Supervisor to help people reach their goals while serving a major client. The role meets the client’s temporary staffing and/or training needs, delivers high-quality service to the client and temporary employees, and supports business retention through outstanding customer service. This is a full-time position scheduled for 40 hours per week with a hybrid work schedule: two days on first/day shift and three days on second/night shift. Availability for two Saturdays per month is required as needed, and the candidate should be comfortable with a flexible work schedule.
Requirements
- Must be able to speak, read, and write in English and Spanish.
- High school diploma required.
- Proven leadership or success in a previous managerial role.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience or 3–5 years of customer service experience.
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build or enhance successful business partnerships.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Administrative skills.
- Experience performing background checks, I-9 forms, and E-Verify.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and the Internet.
Responsibilities
- Meet the temporary staffing and/or training needs of a major Surge client.
- Deliver high-quality service to the customer and temporary employees.
- Develop and retain business by providing outstanding customer service.
- Perform administrative tasks.
- Monitor employee attendance.
- Process and assist with Workers’ Compensation claims.
- Reconcile invoices from vendors.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
