About The Position

Midway Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Onsite Supervisor to run the overnight staffing operation at a client site in Bolingbrook, Illinois. This seasonal, full-time role is for the busy stretch of the year and requires an immediate start, with training beginning right away. The supervisor is Midway Staffing’s onsite representative and the primary contact for the client and associates on the shift, keeping the operation staffed, supported, and ready for handoff to the morning team. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The supervisor works in English and Spanish throughout each shift and may need to adjust hours for client or associate check-ins outside the normal schedule. The position is fast-paced and requires independent judgment, organization, relationship-building, and follow-through while handling changing priorities. Compensation is $24.50 per hour, with placement commissions and monthly bonus potential, paid weekly.

Requirements

Bilingual in English and Spanish; both languages are used every shift.
High school diploma or equivalent.
1 to 2 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or administrative support.
Comfort using Microsoft Suite and/or Google Suite.
Experience using an Applicant Tracking System.
Available to start immediately and attend training right away.
Reliable transportation.
Flexibility to adjust hours for client and associate check-ins when needed.

Responsibilities

Run the day-to-day staffing operation at the client site and serve as the main contact for the client and associates on the shift.
Build relationships with clients and job seekers and respond to staffing needs, placements, and ongoing support requests.
Review resumes, interview candidates in person and by phone, and assess their fit for roles.
Work with recruiters and leadership on staffing plans to meet seasonal hiring goals.
Represent Midway Staffing at job fairs, recruitment events, and community outreach activities.
Manage onboarding, including background checks and new-hire paperwork, and keep files complete and compliant.
Lead first-day logistics so new hires feel welcomed and prepared to succeed.
Support payroll by reviewing hours, processing timecards, and approving them accurately and on time.
Check in regularly with the client and associates to maintain satisfaction and identify issues early.
Adjust work hours when client or associate check-ins fall outside the usual schedule.
