About The Position

At RMC, Loan Sales Specialists drive growth by understanding customer needs and delivering fast, friendly, and affordable lending solutions. This high-energy role directly affects sales performance, goal achievement, and customer satisfaction. The position is based in an office and provides consumer loans in person and by phone. It offers ongoing training, development opportunities, and career advancement pathways, including paths to Branch Manager roles. Strong performance is rewarded through competitive compensation and bonus potential. The stated average pay range of $23–$26 per hour applies only to California residents. The role typically works Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with occasional Saturdays and overtime as needed. Applicants must be bilingual in Spanish and English and meet the listed education, screening, transportation, and licensing qualifications.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass a drug screen, criminal background check, and credit check.
Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation.
Bilingual in Spanish and English.
