About The Position
At OneMain, Loan Sales Specialists help customers access friendly, fast, and affordable financing by listening to their needs and presenting tailored solutions. The role involves working in a competitive environment where individual effort and team success influence results. It offers professional development and advancement opportunities, with compensation that includes an annual salary plus incentives. The position is onsite at the Fairgrounds location. The schedule is Monday through Friday during standard business hours, with extended weekday hours as needed and possible Saturday work. The role may provide a path to leadership positions such as Branch Manager and District Manager through training and advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsibilities
- Adapt to the dynamic demands of the role and multitask to provide timely, efficient service.
- Meet customer expectations through ease, empathy, and encouragement while contributing to individual and branch goals.
- Build new customer connections and maintain relationships throughout the loan process and customer life cycle.
- Present tailored financial solutions based on customer needs.
- Manage the loan life cycle, including collections activities, while complying with relevant laws and regulations.
- Communicate with customers and other departments through phone, email, chat, and in-house systems.
- Bring an achievement-oriented attitude and internal drive to succeed.
- Educate customers about optional insurance products, loan terms, and available options.
