About The Position

Ampronix is seeking a Bilingual International Sales Coordinator to support our growing International Sales team. This is a hands-on sales support and customer service role working with customers, distributors, and internal teams. The position will manage customer inquiries, sales orders, follow-up, CRM updates, shipping coordination, and other activities that support international sales. Fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal, is required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of sales administration, sales support, or customer service experience.
• Fluent in English and Spanish — written and verbal.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• International sales, shipping/logistics, or medical device experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the International Sales team with daily sales activities.
• Communicate with customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Process sales orders, quotations, and customer requests.
• Track orders and coordinate shipments and delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM.
• Follow up with customers and sales leads.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Service, and Marketing.
• Assist with international shipping and documentation.
• Support customer retention and business development activities.
