About The Position

The specialist guides potential clients through the initial steps of their case, gathers information to assess case viability, and helps ensure a smooth onboarding process. Requirements

• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

• At least 1 year of intake experience; experience in a personal injury or medical malpractice firm is preferred.
