Remote Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative
About The Position
This is a work-from-home position for a Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Associate who must be fluent in English and Spanish and reside in Puerto Rico. The role involves helping people solve complex problems and deliver solutions, creating positive experiences for customers and clients through excellent customer service and communication skills. Punctuality and dependability are key. The role requires managing a steady volume of incoming calls while navigating multiple systems. The estimated salary range for this role is $13.47/hour. Requirements
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
- Must reside in Puerto Rico.
- Ability to successfully complete a 3-week virtual training class and 2 weeks of nesting (cannot miss a day of training).
- Successfully complete customer service assessment and typing test on a computer.
- Great problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively multi-task.
- High school diploma, GED, or college degree.
- Must have 6 months of customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (if needed based on call volumes).
- Must have a home internet connection with 25 Mbps Download and 10 Mbps Upload Speed.
- Must be able to hardwire the work computer directly to the home modem via ethernet (Satellite internet and wireless internet are not acceptable).
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace (clutter-free, no one allowed in workspace during working hours, no writing utensils or unauthorized electronics in the work area).
Responsibilities
- Assist customers with questions, inquiries, and issues related to their prescription coverage.
- Manage a steady volume of incoming calls from customers while navigating multiple systems.
- Handle customer inquiries such as "Can you assist me in what the status of my current refill is?" and "Did my prescription run out?"
