About The Position

The practice is hiring a Spanish-bilingual specialist to convert patient inquiries into scheduled dental appointments and reengage patients who have not returned for care. This is a patient-facing role for someone with U.S. dental practice experience who communicates naturally in English and Spanish and can work independently with minimal supervision. The specialist handles incoming calls, appointment scheduling and confirmations, patient follow-ups, and reactivation outreach for inactive patients and patients with unscheduled treatment plans. The role also includes answering routine questions about dental services and procedures, maintaining patient and appointment records, and escalating clinical or complex inquiries appropriately. Dental insurance verification is included among the responsibilities, though experience with it is preferred rather than required. This is a full-time remote position with assigned hours of 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. The preferred candidate location is Latin America. The posting describes optional contractor support and resources, including training, tools, and client-approved time-off arrangements; it states these are contractor perks and not employee benefits.
