About The Position

The Sell Agent – Customer Experience delivers customer website support and coordinates customer vehicle purchases for Driveway, the digital retail arm of Lithia & Driveway. The role serves as a customer concierge and brand promise expert, helping customers move digital transactions forward and coordinating virtual vehicle inspections and vehicle pickup from customers’ homes. Customer communication takes place through chat, phone, and CRM/email.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer questions and help move the digital transaction process forward.
• Coordinate virtual inspections using the inspection application.
• Coordinate pickup of purchased vehicles from customers’ homes.
• Communicate with customers through chat, phone, and CRM/email.
• Maintain an activity log.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
