About The Position

The Bilingual Client Services Specialist interacts with clients in English and Spanish, providing information, answering questions, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns. The role supports exceptional customer service and positive client relationships by addressing inquiries promptly and helping improve client satisfaction and retention. The schedule is Thursday through Monday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., with Tuesday and Wednesday off. Starting pay is $17.40, with weekend shift premiums. Initial training is onsite and the position then transitions to hybrid work; candidates should be local to the greater Memphis area.

Requirements

• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking both English and Spanish.
• High school diploma.
• Telephone etiquette.
• Experience in an office environment, customer service, or the transportation industry.

Nice To Haves

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center.
• Microsoft Office experience.
• Some college or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and emails, resolve client issues, answer questions, and explain product functionality in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify and escalate priority issues.
• Route calls to the appropriate resource when needed.
• Set up and assist new accounts in the internal system, ensure correct discounts are applied, and create hard-copy account files with relevant information.
• Collaborate with other employees to continuously improve processes and customer service, and present new ideas and perspectives.
