About The Position

BTA is seeking a proactive, people-focused Multicenter Manager to oversee daily operations across its centers in Antioch, Richmond, and Walnut Creek. The role supports center teams and helps deliver a positive experience for families. It is a full-time, in-center position requiring travel between BTA centers as needed. The supervisor helps maintain service continuity, operational performance, and a safe, welcoming, compliant environment.

Requirements

• Experience in operations, team supervision, or a service-oriented environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and drive operational results.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance.
• Availability to travel between BTA centers as needed.
• Bilingual; Spanish preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in ABA, healthcare, behavioral health, or childcare.
• Associate or bachelor's degree; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily center operations, staffing coordination, and service readiness.
• Monitor center capacity, schedules, cancellations, and operational KPIs.
• Support staff accountability, onboarding, and performance.
• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, HR, and Scheduling to maintain service continuity.
• Identify operational challenges and implement improvements.
• Help maintain a safe, welcoming, and compliant environment.
