About The Position
Healthcare Plus provides non-medical, non-CNA healthcare services in McHenry County, Illinois, supporting clients in the comfort of their own homes. The company is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who are fluent in Spanish and have transportation. Caregivers assist clients with daily activities, offer companionship, and help promote clients’ safety and well-being.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish.
- High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Social Security card.
- Reliable and compassionate.
- Transportation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Monitor clients’ health status and report changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client care activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
