About The Position
Healthcare Plus provides non-medical, non-CNA healthcare services in McHenry County, Illinois, helping clients receive care and support in their own homes. The company is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers fluent in Spanish and with transportation. Caregivers assist clients with daily activities, companionship, and safety and well-being, making a positive impact in the community.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish.
- High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Social Security card.
- Reliable and compassionate.
- Transportation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Monitor clients’ health status and report changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client care activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
