About The Position
Healthcare Plus provides non-medical, non-CNA healthcare services in McHenry County, Illinois, helping clients receive compassionate care and support in their homes. The company is seeking reliable caregivers who are fluent in Spanish and have transportation. Caregivers assist clients with everyday activities, companionship, and safety and well-being, while making a positive contribution to their community.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish.
- High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Social security card.
- Reliable transportation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client care activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
