About The Position
Healthcare Plus provides non-medical, non-CNA healthcare services in McHenry County, Illinois, supporting clients in their homes. The company is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers who are fluent in Spanish and have transportation. Caregivers assist with daily activities, companionship, and client safety and well-being, making a positive impact in the community.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish.
- High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Social Security card.
- Reliable and compassionate.
- Transportation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Monitor clients’ health status and report any changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client care activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
