About The Position
Healthcare Plus provides non-medical, non-CNA healthcare services in McHenry County, Illinois, helping clients receive compassionate care and support in their homes. The Bilingual Caregiver assists clients with daily activities, companionship, and safety and well-being. The role requires Spanish fluency, reliability, and transportation, and offers the opportunity to make a positive impact in the community.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish.
- High school diploma, GED, or Letter of Experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Social Security card.
- Reliable and compassionate.
- Transportation.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Monitor clients’ health status and report changes.
- Maintain accurate records of client care activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and healthcare regulations.
