About The Position

Hero Practice Services is seeking a Bilingual Care Scheduling Coordinator to convert calls from non-English-speaking patients into appointments through a high-quality, compassionate educational experience that supports patients’ overall health. The position is at-will, meaning either the employer or employee may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause or prior notice. Pay is $18.50 per hour. The coordinator may also be asked to perform other duties that support the business and its mission.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service or call center experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish.
• Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute.
• Demonstrated experience with Windows.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Schedule appointments requested and agreed to by the patient or responsible party.
• Translate conversations and documents from a foreign language into English.
• Answer inbound calls and complete required outbound phone calls, emails, or chats attentively and professionally.
• Answer patient inquiries, translate patient and company needs, and resolve patient issues.
• Resolve customer support problems.
• Take ownership of call quality, using reference materials, tools, and scripts to ensure positive outcomes.
• Perform other duties that support the business and its mission.
