About The Position

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a self-motivated Bilingual Business Development Representative to support sales and service operations. The representative receives, processes, and coordinates incoming sales inquiries, showroom requests, service requests, and internet queries. They provide a friendly and helpful experience to callers and visitors while supporting customer service and sales generation, working closely with the Sales and Service departments. The role may also include additional routine duties beyond those listed.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
Bilingual ability.
Available to work on weekends.
Previous experience in a similar administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service position.
Pleasant and courteous personality, helpful attitude, and friendly demeanor.
Professional and dependable.
Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
Strong phone, computer, and internet skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of the automotive industry.
Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds.

Responsibilities

Manage incoming sales and service appointment inquiries by phone or internet, including scheduling, confirming pending appointments, and following up on missed appointments.
Coordinate questions and issues with the appropriate department personnel.
Track sold vehicles and hot sheets.
Confirm special-order parts.
Help follow up with phone and internet sales leads.
Manage required paperwork and records and prepare documentation as needed.
Provide administrative assistance as needed.
Receive inbound calls and greet visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner.
