About The Position

The Beverage Server provides prompt, courteous beverage service to casino guests. The role includes serving tables in order of arrival, while using sound judgment for exceptions or following a supervisor's direction. The Beverage Server maintains accountability for cash receipts, complimentary charges, drink tokens, room charges, and issue banks, and upholds the integrity of financial controls and responsibilities. The position also requires staying informed about changing promotional beverages, events, and services; interacting helpfully and professionally with guests and coworkers; completing assigned side work; and maintaining confidentiality in company matters.

Requirements

• Previous beverage experience is required.
• Mobility and dexterity to carry and serve a tray of beverages weighing 15 pounds.
• Ability to handle a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Cash handling experience.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of cocktail experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
