Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills for engaging with guests and providing excellent service.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple orders and customer requests simultaneously.
• Attention to detail when processing orders and ensuring beverage quality.
• Customer service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere and address guest concerns.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation techniques to make recommendations and provide a memorable experience.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a customer service or food and beverage role.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation and mixology.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and serving stations.
