About The Position

Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is hiring a seasonal Beverage Server. The hotel is a 290-room oceanfront retreat with five food and beverage outlets, including a restaurant, poolside grill, cocktail lounge, marketplace, and in-room dining. The role focuses on providing friendly, efficient food and beverage service and creating memorable guest experiences. The seasonal position runs through June 4, 2027, and is full-time, with shifts ranging from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Bring an upbeat, friendly attitude to guest interactions and proactively look for ways to make the guest experience special.
• Learn menu items, promotions, and specials to confidently assist guests and answer questions.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them into the point-of-sale system, and deliver orders promptly and accurately.
• Keep the service station stocked, clean, and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol-awareness regulations.
