About The Position

Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is hiring a Housekeeping Supervisor to join its Housekeeping Team. The hotel is a 290-room oceanfront property with a pool terrace, fitness center, spa, more than 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and five food and beverage outlets.

The Housekeeping Supervisor oversees daily housekeeping operations and helps deliver memorable guest experiences. The role leads and evaluates Room Attendants and Housepersons, ensures guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and quality standards, coordinates room readiness and maintenance needs, and supports housekeeping operations when needed.

Requirements

• Demonstrate a passion for hospitality, integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership and accountability, and urgency and discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, oversee, and evaluate Room Attendants and Housepersons to ensure cleanliness and quality standards in guest rooms and public areas.
• Assign, inspect, and verify room status, and promptly report discrepancies.
• Monitor work schedules, payroll reports, stock room and cart inventory, and the lost and found program.
• Coordinate with Engineering and Property Operations to address repair and maintenance issues.
• Perform Room Attendant and Houseperson responsibilities as needed to maintain service levels.
• Address special guest needs in a timely, friendly, and professional manner.
