About The Position

Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is seeking a Houseperson to join its Housekeeping Team. The role helps maintain the cleanliness of designated hotel areas while delivering warm, memorable guest experiences. The hotel is a 290-room oceanfront property with guest rooms, public spaces, event facilities, and food and beverage outlets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of designated public areas, including restrooms, hallways, stairwells, elevators, offices, and event spaces.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting and polishing furniture, vacuuming and mopping floors, washing windows, and emptying trash.
• Greet guests warmly, deliver requested items, and assist with room cleaning as needed.
• Stock and organize supply rooms to support housekeeping operations.
• Perform periodic deep-cleaning projects, including flipping mattresses, moving furniture, and waxing floors.
• Identify and report repair needs or maintenance deficiencies.
