About The Position

Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is hiring a Turndown Attendant to join its Housekeeping Team. The role provides evening housekeeping services and helps create memorable guest experiences by delivering warm, attentive hospitality. The hotel is a 290-room oceanfront property with a pool terrace, fitness center, spa, meeting space, and five food and beverage outlets.

The Turndown Attendant performs turndown duties, keeps assigned guest rooms clean and tidy, responds courteously to guest requests, and assists with other housekeeping tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform turndown service, including adjusting bed covers, fulfilling guest preferences such as filling ice buckets, and replenishing amenities, linens, and supplies.
• Clean and tidy assigned guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and emptying trash.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests.
• Assist with other housekeeping tasks as needed.
