About The Position

The Beverage Server provides high guest service standards while offering guests on the casino gaming floor a convenient way to purchase alcoholic beverages or receive complimentary beverages. The role serves guests in assigned sections, handles cash transactions that may be high volume, maintains beverage inventory and assigned areas, and provides information and direction to guests. The position includes a $1,000 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, free uniforms, and career advancement opportunities.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.
Ability to pass a basic math test.
Previous cash handling experience.
Previous guest service experience.

Responsibilities

Provide continuous, prompt, and courteous service to guests in assigned sections.
Account for cash transactions, which may at times be high volume.
Incorporate safe work practices and adhere to responsible alcohol service standards.
Restock the beverage cart as needed.
Count and balance the bank and alcohol inventory.
Empty, clean, and rotate ashtrays in assigned sections.
Discard disposable beverage cups and return glasses to the bar.
Provide information and direction to guests on the casino floor.
Promptly communicate guest concerns or issues to the Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager.
