About The Position

The Beverage and Chemical Refurbish Technician repairs and maintains beverage and chemical equipment within the refurbishment center. This is a hands-on position working directly with machine mechanics. The role is based onsite in La Crosse, Wisconsin, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
1–3 years of experience.
Mechanical and/or electrical and plumbing experience.
Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment.
Warewashing and beverage experience.
Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical control circuits and AC/DC drive circuitry/components.
Ability to troubleshoot, program, and operate electrical control systems.
Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, with frequent lifting of 25–40 pounds.
Willingness to cooperate constructively in a team environment with others and supervisors.
Willingness to work safely and in an organized manner, following OSHA and company guidelines.

Nice To Haves

3+ years of experience.
Mechanical and/or electrical and plumbing experience.
Ability to inspect, troubleshoot, disassemble, repair, and reassemble equipment.
Warewashing and dish machine experience.

Responsibilities

Provide service and repairs on beverage and chemical systems.
Troubleshoot, test, repair, quality-check, and service equipment for use or resale.
Perform preventative maintenance on equipment according to schedule.
Complete a weekly activity/service plan for each upcoming week.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
