Connect with members through scheduled virtual appointments
Learn about individual needs and priorities
Review and explain available benefit options
Answer questions and provide clear, helpful guidance
Build and maintain positive client relationships
Follow established processes to ensure consistent service
Complete digital applications and required documentation
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Complete follow-ups and provide continued support
Develop leadership skills and assist newer team members as you progress
