Representatives work directly with clients to review available programs, answer questions, and provide guidance based on each household's individual circumstances.
Requirements
- Fully Remote Position — work virtually from home
- Complete Training Provided — learn our systems, programs, and client process
Responsibilities
- Providing clients with benefit and enrollment information
- Confirming eligibility and assisting with required documentation
- Responding to incoming questions and service requests
- Helping clients understand their existing and available coverage
- Reviewing individual needs and identifying appropriate benefit options
- Presenting personalized recommendations using established analysis tools
- Maintaining professional communication throughout the client relationship
- Staying current on program updates, products, procedures, and services through ongoing communication with leadership
