About The Position
AO Globe Life is seeking Benefits Enrollment Specialists for a fully remote opportunity supporting members and families across its markets. The role helps clients understand insurance options and guides them through a needs-based review process, including life, accident, and supplemental health coverage. Candidates should be motivated by service, personal growth, and building a high-performing career. This is a 100% remote independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven, not hourly or salaried. No prior insurance experience is required; training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided. Before conducting licensed insurance activities, the candidate must obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License and complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state requirements at their own expense. Specific licensing requirements, fees, compensation, and contractor terms may vary by state and will be reviewed during hiring and onboarding.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to explain information clearly.
- High level of professionalism and reliability.
- Detail-oriented approach to client service.
- Comfort with computer systems.
- Ability to contribute independently and as a teammate.
- At least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Provide a computer or laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace.
- Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities
- Work with warm leads supplied by the company.
- Schedule and conduct virtual client meetings.
- Review individual and family insurance needs.
- Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health coverage.
- Build trust through clear communication and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate documentation and client records.
- Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
- Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities.
