About The Position

The Benefits Enrollment Agent helps eligible members understand available benefits and make informed decisions about financial protection through a personalized, relationship-driven virtual service experience. The role provides benefit enrollment information, answers questions about benefits and coverage, conducts follow-up outreach, and facilitates virtual consultations. Agents assess individual needs, present suitable insurance solutions using company-provided assessment tools, and guide clients through coverage selections, applications, and enrollment documentation. The position is remote and includes structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, training, leadership support, and opportunities for professional growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist eligible members with benefit enrollment information and verify program eligibility.
• Handle incoming customer service calls and answer questions about benefits and coverage.
• Conduct follow-up calls with individuals who have requested additional information or assistance.
• Schedule and facilitate virtual consultations about available protection programs.
• Evaluate individual needs and present suitable insurance solutions using company-provided assessment tools.
• Guide clients through coverage selections, application procedures, and enrollment documentation.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of member communications and account activity.
• Attend regular training sessions and collaborate with leadership to stay informed about products, services, and program changes.
